A Backlit Solution, with optical software design, Light Guide Film (LGF) is economical operated with less led lights. LGF is not only extremely thin, flexible and highly efficient but also can be customized with additional material. All of our products are correspondent with RoHS and halogen.
The basic building block for the EL lamp is aluminum foil. Serving as the back electrode, the foil has dielectric coating applied to give the lamp high voltageintegrity. A layer of light emitting phosphor is then applied. Screened onto the phosphor is the transparent front electrode, which defines the lit area. On top of the electrode an opaque bus bar is screened, to provide a more uniform electric field across the entire lamp surface, insuring more uniform luminance. Front and back leads, specially treated to insure the moisture barrier is not compromised, are applied to provide power access. Finally, the entire sandwich is enclosed in an clear package to protect the lamp from exposure to environment, especially moisture, and to provide electric insulation.

Thickness: 0.10 ~ 0.30mm, a high luminous efficiency can be achieved even at very long distances. Therefore it is ideal for light guide applications in displays, example: Membrane Keyboards, Membrane Switch, Membrane Keypad and more.
